We contact the solicitors acting for the borrower and try to assist them with the requirements of each lender and make the process as fast and efficient as possible.

When necessary we can assist with the calling up of any security and we have an experienced team of professional litigators who are totally familiar with all aspects of the procedures involved, from the issuing of the default notices to eviction and sale where required. 

We encourage dialogue between the lender and the defaulting borrower because we appreciate that this can be a distressing time for a borrower.
